As President & CTO of Clarity Systems, Mark Nashman is responsible for the development of company, product and technology strategy. Mark leads a team of developers who, through their 100% focus on CPM, have created one of the most powerful, award-winning CPM applications on the market. Prior to founding Clarity Systems, Mark was a Management Consultant specializing in Information Technology and Finance.

As CEO of Clarity Systems, Frank Pizzolato is responsible for the development of both overall company strategy and software services strategy. Frank leads one of the largest CPM services teams in the industry, a team that has completed over 200 successful projects over the past several years. Prior to founding Clarity Systems, Frank was an IT Consultant specializing in Decision Support Systems.

As Chief Operating Officer, Paul Hill is responsible for sales and marketing, with a mandate to increase revenue growth and brand awareness. Paul has been instrumental in Clarity’s growth since he joined the company in early 2006. Under his leadership, Clarity Systems has delivered two consecutive years of 100% year-over-year growth in software license revenue. With over 15 years of CPM and Business Intelligence software industry experience, Paul has previously held senior sales and marketing leadership positions at Cognos, Adaytum and IBM.

As Vice President of Marketing at Clarity Systems, Tony Hocevar is responsible for leading Clarity Systems’ corporate and product marketing initiatives. Prior to Clarity Systems, Tony served as a Marketing Director at Workbrain Corporation when the company was one of North America’s fastest-growing software companies, growing revenue from $16 million to nearly $100 million in five years. Prior to Workbrain, Tony held management consulting and sales positions at Deloitte Consulting and Nortel Networks.
