Job Profile: Project Lead
Reports to:Vice President of Professional Services, and Manager, Implementation Delivery

Scope of Role
- Manage and coordinate project activities to deliver solutions on the assigned project(s) within scope, on time and profitably.
- Provide appropriate direction, management and mentoring to the project team.
- Identify risks and resolutions on assigned project(s).
- Maintain visibility on assigned project(s).
- Nurture, respect and strengthen client relationships.
- Seek and identify new opportunities for revenue generation at existing clients.
- Participate or conduct project wrap-up discussions with project team, providing guidance and constructive criticism as required for the betterment of the team members.
Qualifications
- Post secondary education in Computer Science, Accounting or Business discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software and database development.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in leading and managing OLAP implementation projects
- Previous IT consulting experience especially with financial budgeting, planning, reporting or consolidation systems.
- Experience in preparing financial and management statements and reports
- Strong organization and planning skills.
- Ability to coach and lead others.
- Strong business acumen; understand the link between business need and application of technology.
- Proven track record in working with multiple initiatives and projects at the same time.
- Proven ability to deliver project deliverables on time and in scope.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and oral communications skills.
- Ability to solve problems in a logical manner.
Other Requirements
- Willingness and legal ability (required documentation) to immediately travel and work across Canada and the United States (at least 30% of time).
