Clarity Systems Appoints Two Senior Executives to Move Company Forward in Performance Management Space
TORONTO, ON (February 1, 2006)–Clarity Systems, a leader in corporate performance management (CPM) solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Hill to the position of Chief Operating Officer. With over 15 years of software experience, Mr. Hill will oversee Clarity Systems' sales and marketing divisions with a mandate to expand Clarity?s client base and increase its brand awareness in the marketplace.

Mr. Hill held several leadership positions at Cognos and Adaytum, two leading CPM vendors. As Vice President, Business Development at Cognos, Mr. Hill was instrumental in developing the company's strategy to enter the CPM market. In 1999, Mr. Hill joined Adaytum as Vice President, Product Marketing and was part of the executive team responsible for turning the company into a leading CPM vendor with sales of over $50 million (USD). Adaytum sold to Cognos for $160 million (USD) in 2003. Most recently, Mr. Hill was the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at MediSolution. Mr. Hill started his technology career in sales and marketing at IBM Canada.
Clarity Systems is also pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Nelson to the position of Director, Product Marketing. With over 15 years of experience in business solutions, Mr. Nelson will be responsible for raising Clarity's product and professional services awareness in the CPM market through a number of marketing and sales support initiatives.

In addition, he helped develop the sales and implementation methodologies of a new strategy management product. Most recently, Stephen managed the channel partner relationships at OutlookSoft where he was responsible for small-medium business partner recruitment and education.
