Mark Nashman
President & CTO
As President & Chief Technology of Clarity Systems, Mark Nashman is responsible for the development
of company, product and technology strategy. Mark has driven the development of
innovative solutions for the Office of Finance and has been instrumental in creating
a global organization to deploy these solutions. Prior to founding Clarity Systems,
Mark was a Management Consultant specializing in Information Technology and Finance.
Frank Pizzolato
CEO
As Chief Executive Officer of Clarity Systems, Frank Pizzolato is responsible for the development of
both overall company strategy and software services strategy. Frank leads one of
the largest CPM services teams in the industry, a team that has completed over 200
successful projects over the past several years. Prior to founding Clarity Systems,
Frank was an IT Consultant specializing in Decision Support Systems.
Paul Hill
COO
As Chief Operating Officer, Paul Hill is responsible for global sales and partnerships.
Paul has been instrumental in Clarity’s growth since he joined the company as COO
in early 2006. Under his leadership, Clarity has expanded into Europe, Asia & South America
and has consistently produced the highest revenue growth among the top players in
the CPM industry. With 17 years of CPM and Business Intelligence software industry
experience, Paul previously held senior sales and marketing leadership positions
at Cognos, Adaytum and IBM.
Don Mal
SVP, North America Sales
As Senior Vice President, North America Sales, Don Mal is responsible for growing
a direct sales channel to expand the adoption of Clarity's applications and related
services in North America. With over 20 years of software industry experience, Don
previously led sales of Clarity's products and services in the US/Canada East region.
He has previously held senior sales management roles with Softkey Software, Analysts
International & Software Innovation and he has worked with companies such as Cisco,
IBM and Microsoft on sales and marketing initiatives.
Anton Niculescu
SVP, Global; Professional Services
As Senior Vice President, Professional Services – Global, Anton Niculescu is responsible for all consulting engagements across the full Clarity Systems product offering worldwide. During his tenure at Clarity Systems, Anton has been responsible for organizing and repositioning the Professional Services Group to parallel software sales growth while maintaining exceptional deliverable standards. With offices in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia, the PS Group is optimally structured to provide world-leading consulting that has been consistently ranked number one by leading industry analysts.
Jon Fryer
Managing Director, United Kingdom
As Managing Director, Jon is responsible for operations, sales and marketing in the UK market. Jon
has been driving Clarity's growth in the UK market since joining in 2006. With over
10 years of CPM software industry experience, Jon has previously held sales leadership
positions at Cognos and Adaytum.
Jérôme Lefebvre
Managing Director, France, Switzerland & Belgium
As Managing Director, Jerome is responsible for operations, sales and marketing in France,
Switzerland & Belgium. With over 15 years of Business Intelligence and Corporate Performance
Management, Jerome has previously held leadership positions at OutlookSoft Switzerland
and Microsoft Southern Europe.
Melvin Poi
Managing Director, Asia Pacific
As Managing Director, Melvin is responsible for leading Clarity’s expansion in the Asia Pacific region.
With over 20 years of software sales experience, Melvin has helped several organizations
expand into the Asia Pacific region. Melvin has held leadership roles at IBM Singapore,
Infinium Software and Ariba, where he set up and grew the ASEAN business from zero
revenue to more than $6 million in the first year.
Brett Alexander
Vice President, Product Development & Product Management
As Vice President of Product Development and Product Management of Clarity Systems,
Brett Alexander is responsible for the development, management and vision of the
product and technology platforms. Brett leads a team of developers and product managers
who, through their 100% focus on the Office of Finance, have created the most powerful,
award-winning CPM applications on the market. Prior to working at Clarity Systems,
Brett was a business intelligence consultant specializing in Information Technology
and Finance.
David Benson
VP, Finance
As Vice President, Finance at Clarity Systems, David is responsible for guiding
the financial and administration aspects of Clarity's worldwide operations. This
encompasses the development and implementation of financial systems to accommodate
Clarity's rapid growth, creating tax strategies to optimize shareholder value, building
a competent finance team, providing leadership on appropriate financial policies
and enhancing financial reporting effectiveness. Prior to Clarity, David had extensive
experience in senior financial roles of public and private high growth technology
companies.
Jade Cole
VP, Professional Services Operations
As Vice President, Professional Services Operations at Clarity Systems, Jade is responsible for the services implementations of Clarity's FSR product
offering, Clarity's OEM reseller channels and Clarity's small/medium business consulting
group. Prior to his current
role, Jade was responsible for the oversight of Clarity's services team of over
150 consultants. Jade brings over 10 years of experience in implementing Corporate
Performance Management solutions to many different verticals.
Leigh Solomon
VP, Inside Sales
As Vice President, Inside Sales at Clarity Systems, Leigh Solomon is responsible
for leading Clarity Systems' Inside Sales initiatives worldwide. Under Leigh's guidance,
the Inside Sales team has produced hundreds of qualified sales opportunities with
a steady year-over-year growth rate of over 35%. Leigh built a department that now
also includes Europe and Asia-Pacific regions, with an Inside Sales model that is
being replicated by Clarity Systems' partners across the globe.
John Colthart
VP, Sales Operations
As Vice President, Sales Operations at Clarity Systems, John is responsible for sales enablement worldwide
for the direct sales force and indirect sales channels. Since joining Clarity in
2000, John has been instrumental in shaping the services and presales support functions
with over 40 successful implementations and 100+ sales wins. With over 12 years
in the CPM space, John brings to bear his deep financial and technical skills to
provide leadership into new sales opportunities and markets while continuing to
develop existing markets.
Tony Hocevar
VP, Marketing
As Vice President, Marketing at Clarity Systems, Tony Hocevar is responsible for
leading Clarity Systems' corporate and product marketing initiatives. Under Tony's
guidance, the marketing team has significantly increased lead generation, built
a marketing infrastructure that now includes Europe and Asia-Pacific, and considerably
increased marketing ROI. Prior to Clarity Systems, Tony held marketing, management
consulting and sales positions at Workbrain, Deloitte Consulting and Nortel Networks,
respectively.
Leon Kharkhourin
VP, Professional Services – North America
As Vice President, Professional Services - North America at Clarity Systems, Leon Kharkhourin is
responsible for all CPM consulting engagements in the North-American region. Leon
leads a team of over 150 professional consultants aligned to deliver superior client
experience, reflected in consistently high customer satisfaction results as indicated
by leading industry analysts.
Bogdan Baliuc
VP, Professional Services Support
As Vice President, Professional Services Support, Bogdan is responsible for supporting
day-to-day operations of the Professional Services Group worldwide, including staffing
of projects, training and solutions architecture. Bogdan has oversight of five departments
within the group: Resourcing, Education, Solutions Architecture, PSG Quality Assurance
and Documentation.
Clark Muse
VP, Channel Sales
As Vice President, Channel Sales at Clarity Systems, Clark Muse is responsible for Clarity’s partner program, with a mandate to grow
and expand the Clarity partner channel network. Prior to his current role, Clark
was instrumental in expanding the Southeastern Region for Clarity Systems. With
over 15 years of Corporate Performance Management experience, Clark has held senior
leadership positions at Comshare, OutlookSoft and Stratature.
Steve O'Neil
VP, Alliances
As Vice President of Alliances at Clarity Systems, Steve O’Neil is responsible for
recruiting and managing global relationships with strategic partners. Steve has
an 18 year track record of managing exceptional growth and success at technology
companies. He started and managed all Canadian operations for Check Point Software
growing revenue to over $20 million in seven years. Prior to Check Point, Steve
managed Ascend Communications’ aggressive growth in Canada. Steve has also held
management positions at Teleglobe Canada and Adcom Electronics.
Louis Matherne
Director, XBRL Services
As Director, XBRL Services at Clarity Systems, Louis Matherne is responsible for providing XBRL leadership
and subject matter expertise to Clarity Systems' clients as well as sales and product
development teams. Prior to joining Clarity Systems, Louis was a member of the Securities
and Exchange Commission's XBRL project team that developed the US GAAP taxonomy.
Prior to joining the SEC, Louis was a Director with the American Institute of CPAs,
most recently as Director XBRL. In that capacity, Louis also served as the Founding
President of XBRL International.
